Hey Julia! There are many reasons why a card is declined. One is fraud. The international card security system is made by banks and issuers (visa, mastercard …) they define what approve or not and is not decided by Wix. I think you can ask customers to send the type of error they are receiving and depending on the case they call their banks to understand why the purchase was not approved. Another solution is to notify the support team what errors your customers are receiving and see if it is a configuration problem in the store or if it depends on the banks.
