I’m having intermittent performance issues with the order system load times on one client site. There are 400+ active menu items, and an additional 400+ archived menu items - the latter that I can’t delete.
Does anyone know what the DB limit threshold is for the WiX Restaurants DB is before we start seeing degraded read performance?
I’m kind of stuck. I can’t delete the extraneous archived records

There is no limit on the Database size. You should not experience a performance hit with your database size.
For your archived orders please reach out to our Customer Care Team to have them deleted. This does not affect your site performance but also can not be done within your Dashboard. Keep in mind this will also delete past orders/reservations so please export them as well so you still have records of those.
