SO I’VE GOT A WIX BUILT SITE AND HAVE CODED A COUPLE CONTAINER BOXES WITH A READ MORE BUTTON AND THEY WORK GREAT. IS THERE ANY WAY TO KEEP THE BOXES FROM MOVING EVERYTHING BELOW THEM WHEN THEY EXPAND? IN OTHER WORDS CAN I KEEP EVERYTHING AROUND AND BELOW THE EXPANDING BOXES IN PLACE WHEN THEY EXPAND?

Yes it’s possible by placing the surrounding elements inside boxes, and making sure that your read more boxes are taller than the other ones next to it.
