Hi - anyone in the USA able to use Square as a payment checkout system? How did you opt it in because I am unable to find it. Thanks,

Available payment gateways are automatically generated based on where you are. If you’re not seeing Square as an option, you might not be in an area that supports it or are using a VPN.
