Wix Store Additional Info Sections expanded by default

Hey all, when I open a product in my wix store, the additional info sections are loading as expanded by default, with the little symbol on the right being a " - " rather than a " + ", even thought I have selected the “collapsed” design option in settings.

Is there a way to make them load as collapsed by default?

I have already gone into Settings > Design > Additional Info and clicked “Collapsed”, but the problem is still persisting.

A previous thread on this has been closed, but following the answer given has not solved my problem.

I am using Editor X.

That definitely seems strange. Since changing the setting, have you published the site? If so, I’d recommend reaching out to Wix Support on this one. They’ll be able to take a look in further detail and figure out what’s happening.
