# Wix store discounts by registered member

Hello  
I wanted to add discounts per registered member only, so that each member has their own discount. This can be done by Wix or by velo ?  
I need your help

I couldn’t understand %100 what you want to do but probably yes, it’s doable with JS/Velo/Coding.

In fact mystore is private only members can view the products, the cart page,…  
So I would like add discounts per customer, each customer has their own discount (percent or amount,…)  
Currently in the management of Automatic Discounts we cannot applies some users to the discount !

I am searching for the exact same thing but have not figured out how to do this.  
My goal would be to create a discount for users with a specific member role.

Until now my plan is to create a discount with a custom DiscountTrigger. May someone help me how I can creat a discount with a custom trigger?

Unfortunately the [documentation](https://www.wix.com/velo/reference/wix-ecom-backend/discountrules/creatediscountrule?_gl=1*164j6w8*_ga*NDQxNDY5ODQyLjE2Mzk0MDE3ODY.) has not a good example snippet that helps me.

I’ve had the issue and I considered velo, but it seems that creating coupons is the only option
