# Wix Store Order Summary email has no thumbnail

**Hey guys, I’m having trouble with customer order confirmation emails. The email has everything except in the Order Summary, the product image is always missing/broken. How can I correct this?**

**Working in**  
Wix Studio Editor

**What I’m trying to do**  
Correct the broken image to actually show the product.

Yeah it does and i made it Square thinking that might be the issue. What’s tricky is I’ve noticed that email sends the correct info, meaning if you chose green it, it tried to send a green thumbnail and if you chose coyote it sends that image. I can see them in my products to ship, but neither is the MAIN image. Either way, those images are what’s missing from these email confirmations.
