Wix Stores/Bookings Transactions Access

Both Wix Sores and Bookings do not offer table access to the transactions (Orders - Bookings). I never understood why, but it is really necessary. Read-only would do, so we can at least implement afterInsert and afterUpdate db-hooks for syncing with our own (read/write) Order/Bookings collections (basically a copy of yours plus extra fields).

We are working on Stores one and Booking will probably follow.
