Question:
The notifications on my Wix Studio mobile app do not seem to be working. When I previously had the Wix Owner app, I was notified via push notifications on my device whenever a visitor came onto my site. Now, on the Wix Studio app, I do not get notified, despite the setting being turned on (see below).

Having the same issue here and not finding an answear yet. I already contact the support team, but the only support I got is for an application created with Wix. I only need Wix Studios app to notify when an user makes an order… All notification setting up, just like the image too.
As far as I know, the push notification that someone is on your site only appears if the Wix Chat app is installed on the site
