Wow your lucky you got good support from Wix. I lodged a ticket and they didnt respond. DM’d them on Instagram and they said the email address didnt match my account email address, when actually it did. After a long conversation with the Wix Instagram team… im still waiting for a reply to my ticket… they says its their fault
