Can anyone advice how to use WixRouterRequest with the ip (this is the documentation [https://www.wix.com/corvid/reference/wix-router.WixRouterRequest.html#ip](https://www.wix.com/corvid/reference/wix-router.WixRouterRequest.html#ip) )

I feel something is not clear in it yet, the example is only a function with an argument “request” and then in the body of the function is doing request.ip where are we actually using the WixRouterRequest module? I tried to import it but is not in Corvid (editor)

Does anyone know how to get the ip number with this WixRouterRequest? I know I can use a third-party API but the whole point is to use this Corvid documentation…

I appreciate any help with this, thanks.

What are you actually trying to do with the IP address that you obtain?

There is an already setup example from Wix for Stripe which contains a router setup for different pages.
[https://www.wix.com/corvid/forum/corvid-tips-and-updates/example-stripe-payment-processing](https://www.wix.com/corvid/forum/corvid-tips-and-updates/example-stripe-payment-processing)

There is also already forum posts about blocking ip address.

Plus previous forum posts about it too.

I think nobody posted yet how to use WixRouterRequest and the ip property in the request argument, so these posts are not helpful.

I just want to know the IP address of a current user with the attached documentation and not with third-party APIs. I can build it with a third party API the whole point is to see if someone did already with the Corvid documentation:

Tho I think I understood, I just need to use the wix router and the request argument

Thanks for your answer.
