Wonkey Dates and Times in Ascend

Got feedback from a client today that got Ascend. She gets notified about people subscribing to her site and about people chatting with her. She loves both chat and the subscription but notified me that the dates and times of the chat messages and the subscriptions are sometimes correct but often not. We checked this out with me sending her some chat messages while she was off line, and indeed even the date was wrong…

Was wondering if other also have this issues?

Ah! I think you’re totally right @aurora . I just checked the general business settings and for some reason it showed Chicago as a time zone while she is in Seattle. Will check if this solved it.

@Aurora, it’s still wonkey see screenshot. See the latest said 50 min, and the one before that said 5 minutes.
