Work history on member profiles

Morning all,

New here. I’ve just started out on Wix (after years and years as a Squarespace advocate) – loving it so far :slight_smile:

Working on a project with my brother for a niche ‘LinkedIn’ style community. We’ve created members and a separate database for work history – I’m now struggling to link the two.

On the profile page we’d like to display the work history of that member

I believe the logic would be something like
• Get the user id of this profile page
• Query the work history database for entries matching this id
• Display entries

Any help, nudges, examples would be much appreciated

If you would like to create a profile page for your members, I can suggest taking a look at this tutorial her e to find out how you can accomplish this by creating your own Members Area. The tutorial will break down how to get the users id (With the Wix-users API ). To find out how to create member profile pages, click here.
