Wrong Social Share Image is pulled from Database on Dynamic Page

Hi there,
I’ve searched this forum and noticed this has happened to a few other people as well, but could not find a solution for this.

I have a dynamic page connected to a database. In the database (among other columns) I have two image columns: One is displayed on the page and one is set to be my social share image.

Up until about a month ago all was well and the correct social image was pulled from the database. However, for the past few weeks any new row in the database is not showing the correct social image but rather the other image is being pulled for purposes of social share.

The old rows still work correctly, and are showing the correct image, but any new rows are pulling the wrong image for social share.

  • I’ve debugged FB and scraped many-a-time
  • The database is synced
  • The dataset is set to show 50 items and I have fewer than that
  • Images are sized exactly as the old ones were

I would love to know if there’s a solution for this that I can use, or whether this is a known issue that will eventually be fixed and I can stop worrying about it for now…

I have a similar issue (not exactly, but would still love to know how to change the image that’s pulled when I share my database on social media).

Me too - I don’t see any of the SEO settings shared on facebook from my dynamic page.
