I’ve typed in the email address "for more information please email (added email address) and the event only shows that text and not a hyperlink or no way to open the users mail client so they can type their email to receive more information. I’ve been using Wix for almost two years. I’m fed up with some of its bugs and lackings. Here are the ones I recently noted. – BUGS Editor cannot remember/save the design of saved sections. So, each time I add a saved section, I need to apply all custom design changes to the copied one from scratch. E.g., background color opacity of an event list component. Sometimes, the order of the components (e.g., sections) on a page randomly changes. Sometimes, design changes applied recently go away. Sometimes, some sections cannot be moved up and down on the page. On an English page, once I saw a German word – Gäste (guests). In the “about the event” section, Turkish-specific characters (e.g., ğ) cannot be displayed in the selected font family even though they can be displayed in other sections on the same page. Sometimes, it resists changing the order of components. It requires trying it many times. It may or may not work. Pressing the arrow button quickly repeatedly may work. Is there any way to modify the invoice that is generated when a ticket for an event (in Wix Events) is bought? At the moment the header of the invoice only shows the customer’s name and email, but - to be legally compliant in my country - I need to integrate the billing address and show the service period. The system asks for a billing address at the checkout, but it is not included in the final invoice and there’s no way to edit the invoice before it gets sent. Question: Hi all, we are currently selling tickets with RSVP and seating area. We have sold 50 tickets with 1 order. But they want to cancel 20 tickets from that order. I am trying to retrieve Wix event data so I can create my own events “repeater” but I cannot figure out how. I have installed the Wix Events app and have set up some events. When using the event triggers in automations - there is no way to specify an answer from a form as a trigger. (Nb: You can do this with the ‘forms’ triggers but not ‘events’ triggers). Eg: I want a trigger for ‘ticket ordered’ + ‘add to mailing list’ = true (this is an answer from a question in the event reg form submitted to buy the ticket). It could be possible to use a custom field to create a segment and then the trigger is being added to the segment. However custom fields can’t be binary (yet) so I would have to get them to type ‘Yes’ into the field. Bit too scrappy and unreliable for me though.
