## [How to use the cancelOrder() API reference?](https://forum.wixstudio.com/t/how-to-use-the-cancelorder-api-reference/55017)

Question: How do I implement the cancelOrder() API reference to my site? I’ve got Wix Pricing Plans, but my customers can’t cancel their subscription themselves… (I can’t + won’t use Members Area, I have custom Members, so I can’t use the My Subscriptions page) Product: Wix Editor + Developer Mode What are you trying to achieve: I’d like an onClick solution that calls cancelOrder for the currentUser, such that the signed-in member stops recurring payments by pressing a button. What have you already tried: I’ve tried implementing Members Area, but it’s not a fit for my site (and I can’t work with the CMS). I’ve tried using Zapier to update the corresponding Stripe customer, but I need Zapier Premium to do so (multiple steps). I’ve asked ChatGPT for help. I’ve asked customer support, but they can’t do code-support. Etc. The API reference looks like this: I’m simply a noob and don’t know how to make it work. I’m willing to donate for your time and help. Cheers.

Question: A user can purchase pricing plans which offers limited number of sessions of a service. How can I access (from the code) this information ? Which API or database can give me this information ? Product: Wix Editor What are you trying to achieve: The site propose pricing plans linked to services, with limited number of sessions offered with the plan. I need to access this information from the code to log each change. and more generally monitor the evolution. What have you already tried: I looked through members, princing plans and services API. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge

Hello Everyone, I am new to WIX Studio and am facing a challenge. I need to create a website to sell and lease IT infrastructure. I want to offer three different plans - Small, Medium, and Large, and allow customers the option to choose a subscription term of either 36 or 60 months. Currently, WIX doesn’t seem to support this feature. Additionally, when a plan is selected, the payment module pops up immediately. I would prefer to have the selected plan added to the web shopping cart instead, but it seems this functionality is not available either. I considered an alternative approach of creating an item using the Wix Store, but encountered the same issue. When an item with a subscription payment is selected, there isn’t an option to add it to the cart. If anyone has a solution to this, even if it requires using Velo code, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you!
