After the user registers for pricing plans (member, silver, vip), the system will automatically discount the product by 1% (member), 5% (silver), 10% (vip) for that user only. How?

Other ecommerce platforms have this ability how does Wix not? Or am I missing something?
This is not possible natively. If you want the UI to show the updated prices then it needs to be custom coded and the product page layouts need to be designed from scratch.
