About Wix POS Register Systems: Not for Restaurants?

I’m having trouble with
I feel like I just got DOUBLE CONNED by Wix into purchasing a POS System, and come to find it’s not even compatible for use in Restaurants, and an extra $19 a month that wasn’t proposed on the POS selling page. I am highly upset that this wasn’t mentioned before I purchased POS through Wix.

So… How does this work?

Am I supposed to do INVENTORY AGAIN in Wix stores for it to show up, or has anyone come up with a solution to transfer or integrate the Wix Restaurants into the Wix store yet?

How about you HALT all expansion tasks and focus on what’s broken?

Sorry you’re dealing with that. From what I understand, the Wix POS Register mainly works with Wix Stores products and Wix Bookings, not full Wix Restaurants inventory.

If your menu/items are set up inside Wix Restaurants, they may not automatically sync like normal Wix Stores products. You may need to recreate items in Wix Stores or use a different restaurant POS setup, depending on your workflow.

I’d suggest contacting Wix support and asking them directly if the POS can be refunded or if they have a supported restaurant workaround.
