I am trying to add some events to a specific field of a Contact Form, but havent been able to access the propierties of any given field, just the one of the whole contact form.
Any ideas on how can I do that?

It’s not possible to access the fields in a contact form.
You might want to consider building your own form. See the article How to Send an Email on Form Submission for an explanation on how this is done.
