Activate GIF with Hover/Rollover

Hi,
I am trying to have my GIF begin looping only once it is rolled over with the mouse. Currently, when the page is loaded, the GIF automatically begins looping. I would like the GIF to stay in its first position/frame, until someone hovers over it.

Any help would be much appreciated. My apologies in advance if there is an existing thread on this topic.

Note that it’t using - onViewPort - so just be sure to change the function to the hover function.
