Please make this feature to the wix blog (posts) database making possible to add more fields. You can lock it all the rest of the fields like it is right now, but make possible to add new fields. because all database is fully locked.

Wanted to ask you if is possible to connect wix blog to a new database? not the one that is locked. Where for example I write a post on the blog and appears automatically on the database.

You can only use the dataset that gets added automatically when you add Wix Blog.
To do your own dataset, then you will need to write code for your own blog which won’t be an easy task unless you have a good knowledge of javascript.
Some people have posted on this forum that they will make up their own blog and post up code for it soon, however weeks and months pass and that never appears.
