I’m currently implementing a second language to my site. I notice that when working with the second language page, the top menu does not contain all links any more. Likewise, there doesn’t seem to exist a straightforward way to just add the second-language page links to the menu. The links to native pages are only displayed in the original language, and also can’t be changed manually, because that would change the page names in all languages.
Also, I was wondering why there isn’t an option to simply add the language toggle to the menu as well. So atm for toggling language I need to add the separate language widget. Isn’t there some way to simply add “Switch to English” / “Switch to German” as a link in my main menu?
I can do some basic coding but I’m not well versed in building complex stuff. Would love to hear if anybody has experience or similar issues.
