I was making a custom blog post page. I wanted to add a profile picture of the blog post writer/author above their name which would be same as the profile image in their member’s page.
In simple words, if the member has written a blog post for my website than I would like to fetch their profile image and display it on the Authors Box section on the blog post that they have written.

Assuming that you have used the Wix Corvid selection of Wix Blog examples for blog post as shown here.

If you have used the Wix Members app on your website, then you can get their profile picture from the Wix Members app own collection which is the Members/PrivateMembersData collection.

If you have your own dataset for your site members, like if you did this Wix Members Profile example here - https://support.wix.com/en/article/corvid-tutorial-building-your-own-members-area - then you will have your own dataset from which you can get the members image from.

Currently there is no way to access the Author image from the ‘Blog/Posts’ Database, this field hasn’t been added yet.

Yes as Robert has already mentioned below, the profile image is not available through the Wix Blog collections, so you will need to grab it from another means like the examples I stated in the reply. You only currently have the cover image of the blog post as of right now.
