Is it possible to add code to the head of a Wix website?

The reason I ask is because Pinterest provides a way for businesses to protect their images, but it requires adding code to the HTML.

You will find this option when you visit your DASHBOARD → SETTINGS

If you are referring to adding custom code, I just tried that. However, it did not work. Is it possible Pinterest only allows for a person to prevent pins from business accounts?
