Adding JavaScript

We have Zoho One as our business system and it has some great tools, one is SalesIQ which tracks website visitors and also has Live Chat and the information feeds into our CRM against the Lead, Prospect or Customer. Unfortunately we have to add some JavaScript directly to the website and their response is that ‘Wix is one of the very few platforms that does not support Javascript code to be added directly on their website, preventing our visitor tracking feature from working.’

Is this the case and if so does anyone have a workaround?

Hi Bill,
The ability to add Custom Code in WiX site is rolling out to all users, it should arrive to your WiX account soon. You can find it in Site Setting > Track and Analyze

I have added the script in as the Tracking & Analytics was available in my account and all works great, many thanks for that!
