ads.txt issue after adding under seo - Manage 301 Redirects

I have added ad.txt file under the backend perfectly after that as per the blog of Wix I have added :
/ads.txt /_functions/Adstxt under 301 redirects tab
Issue: when I am trying to open my website from mobile some type of redirection pop upcoming.

from Desktop everything is good only while opening the website from mobile I am facing issue

I have checked your site was unable to recreate your issue on a mobile device.
