Hello, we have found excellent use for Wix’s AI image generator for our website. But it seems that we have reached the 1,000 image generation limit. Is there a period of time we can wait for when the image generation count resets? Or even buy credits to be able to use it past the limit?
That limit is per site and does not renew.
But you can use external apps and upload them to your site. Canva has a good one.
oh that sux. i like Wix’s designs more than canvas. thats fine i will use canva for now until Wix’s comes out of beta phase and hopefully we get a renewal or ability to buy more credits.

I’ve run into a similar issue with image limits before. In my case, I found that waiting a few months led to a reset for some services, but the timing can vary. I did end up needing more images sooner than expected, so I looked into purchasing additional credits.
Whoops, I’ve been experimenting with the AI Image generator without realizing there was a hard limit. It takes a lot of tries and modifying elements to get anything even close to the image I have in mind and where everyone has the correct number of hands, feet and heads, and all in the right places.
Curious. Is the 1000 times counted whenever you press the Generate image button for any reason, or only when you press it to start a fresh image (not when using it to modify a highlighted element or section of the originally generated image)?
Is there any way to see where my count is at?

If you’re still looking for options, I found this handy platform that offers ai image generator free tools. I used it for a project and was really impressed with how well it worked—definitely worth checking out if you’re in need of more images. It’s nice to have alternatives when you hit those limits!
Ahhhhh this is so frustrating. I have NO idea there was a limit! I generated a lot of images last night, quite happily playing away until I was told I’d hit the limit. I certainly haven’t downloaded 1000 images but it seems the number is based on how many are generated? How do we find out if this will become a full design option as I absolutely love it and for the most part, the generations have been pretty good. I do also use Canva but the generator there is nothing like as good as Wix!
I have the same issue. I thought the 1000 images only related to saved images. When I am generating an image I can generate multiple variations and then manipulate them to finally get to my final image. I have been careful to only save the ones close to what I want. I haven’t saved anywhere near 1000 images so suspect it’s each time you run the program.
