Alignment issues with the horizontal menu in the nav bar

I’m having trouble with
The alignment of my nav bar and the horizontal menu within it. I have set my nav bar to be an advanced CSS grid with 3 columns. With the horizontal menu set to stretch within the middle cell. It looks good at 1920px but at smaller desktop sizes there is a gap between the menu and the bottom of the cell (see screenshots), even though the menu is set to stretch?

The text is also scaling. it scales up at larger desktop sizes and scales really tiny at smaller sizes. But I can’t find a way to stop it from scaling when editing the horizontal menu.

I would make a custom menu but I need to have a dropdown hence why I’ve used the Wix horizontal menu.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

What I’m trying to do
Fix the alignment issues with my horizontal menu so that it looks good at all desktop sizes.

What I’ve tried so far
I have tired applying some CSS to target the text within the horizontal menu, to stop it from scaling but I haven’t had any luck.

Please see attached screenshots.

I went to the link you shared on the site and the menu looks different from what you shared:

Based on the screenshot though, I think you might have a minimum height on the row that is causing the gap.
