const ALL_VALUE = "__all__";

Haven’t checked if the rest of your code is correct, but the predefined value for ‘All’ is RESET_ALL

So change it to:

const ALL_VALUE = "RESET_ALL";

For the default “All” label in the dropdown element, the predefined value that is returned when it is selected is RESET_ALL So in your code, change this from: to if (category == "RESET_ALL")
