All Product Can't select category page from mobile view

So if anybody knows a fix please help. On my desktop view you can easily select what category of products you would like to browse on the left side of the page. But on the mobile view this disappears and your not able to search by a category you have to browse all the products. Can I add a drop down menu on the all products page that shows all categories? Thanks for reading
