Allow user to add a link to an image in a database

Question:
Ok heres a good one:

A user places / selects an image to upload to a database a picture of themselves.

I want the block they are uploading the image into to also have a URL attached to not that block, but to the image e.g.
an image of a player
user selects and uploads image
user enters a URL that links that image to that player’s dossier online.

The link can be connected to the image in the repeater where it is displayed.

  • So a user uploads an image and also a text field with the url.
  • This stores in the CMS in 2 seperate fields
  • in a repeater that is connected to the dataset show the image and have its link connected to the url
