Anchor not work properly in few situations

Hello all,

i have really weird situation in my website with anchors
i have domain
https://www.lighthousestudioprague.com/
this domain is mainly single page + second page is CENÍK (pricelist)

so there is a issue.
If you open the domain you have menu CENÍK (pricelist)
after open, you have 3 buttons KONTAKTUJ ME (contact me)
These 3 buttons are linked with anchor to KONTAKT section on the main page
but their not working well, after clicking its jump to main page but stop at middle of portolio, not at the end in KONTAKT section.

Observations.

if you are in PRICE LIST and you refresh the page the anchor after clicking on buttons working well.

If i use some smaller layout of the gallery, anchor is working well too and its jump to KONTAKT section on the main page, its seems its cannot scroll so huge distance to bottom and its stops somewhere in the middle, maybe.

Microsoft Edge working well alltime.

Incognito mode in chrome make page working well

Any ideas how resolve this issue ?
