Any suggestions on this workflow?

I am speaking with this client here is her desired workflow for her picnic business. I tried using wix forms but due to the restriction of only being able to select 1 item it didn’t work… I’m stumped seeing if anyone else has any ideas to make this smoother.

Basic Picnic Package $300 > select picnic type (boho, macho, wedding etc , no additional fee) select add ons ( there are 10 with additional charges) select date and location of picnic from available times (there is only Mon-Fri 930-1230pm & 430-730pm) once everything is chosen check out, pay in full, plus collect a $150 deposit that is refunded once picnic ends and nothing is damaged. Right now she is using wix store, wix bookings and is a really confusing process for both users and her… Like I said I made a form and it would have worked except that selection of additional charges limit.

Without coding, anyone think of something that would work better? She really wants to work with me and has a full sit already set up but this workflow is terrible.

You can perhaps add the payment option to Wix Forms and take an ascend plan so as not to be limited in your number of fields?

Then you can use the Wix automations associated with Workflow flow to remove some time-consuming tasks.

Hi Dennis, the Wix Forms doesn’t allow for multiple purchase selections, I am not referring to input fields. Thank you tho!
