Hi all, I am trying to utilize the asset design feature Editor X has to offer, but when I save an asset like a container and go to another page and try and drag and drop it into any section, I get no response whatsoever. Does anyone know a trick around this or can help me?
Mind sharing a video of the error you’re getting? I tested it out but I’m unable to replicate such an issue.
If you’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps , would suggest calling our customer care team so they can investigate further.
