Auto sizing on Iframe

Hi,
I’m Embeding a bookings widget. The height of the widget depends on the actions and how the person makes through the Iframe. So the height of the html page being embeded changes.
I would like to send the height of the iframe from the widget site to the wix page holding the frame, so it can resize properly.
