Automated Mails on Form Submission

I followed the steps mentioned in the article (Velo Tutorial: Sending an Email on Form Submission | Help Center | Wix.com) and am getting notification upon form submission.

Now I want to send an email to the ones who have filled that form.
Can anyone help me with the code for that?
