Has anyone been able to connect with Avantlink (avavtlink.com) to track referral sales?
When a customer clicks on an affiliate link from YouTube or other site, we need to be able to track that customer to see if / when they purchase so we can provide the commission to the influencer.
I have had numerous communications with Avantlink tech support, but they are less than helpful. Are their other referral marketing sites that you have connected to your Wix ecommerce sites?

Thanks for the response. I’ll check out these other affiliate tracking companies to learn more. Working with AvantLink has been frustrating because it seems like they want me to do the work so they can make the money. I think for our small business using UTM links could work for us now.

I haven’t connected referral marketing sites to a Wix commerce site but I’ve helped a few people and usually we decide to create a dynamic page to them if we feel it needs to be specific to them - in terms of the branding and messaging and then track traffic to the page within either Wix’s Analytic Reports or with third-party tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Something else you could try is if it’s ecommerce would be to make a coupon code for each influencer. You can see the usage of each, it means the customer they brought it was a high quality one since they purchased and also, if a user does not accept the site’s cookies or have a browser that blocks them might not show up in a traffic report.
