Good morning everyone! We’re back with a brand new beta, Class Time Table .
What does it do?
It displays classes in a daily view, with the following details: service name, start time, duration, staff and number of spots left to book. Additionally, the design of each text element and button is customizable.
How do I add it?
As displayed in the image below, go to the “Add Booking Elements” tab and select the time table.
Don’t wait much longer! Go test it out and let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. @chenel and the team look forward to your feedback!
Hello, I do not quite understand how the calendar works. if I add entries to the calendar, they are not reflected. where should the original record be displayed?
Hi. Thank you so much for this option. My editor (Desktop - Preview) shows two sessions for the week e.g. Thursday & Saturday. But on Published site it only shows one session for the week although there are two sessions when you select Thursday or Saturday then the session shows.
It would be great to have all the sessions show for the week as in Preview.
see attached screen prints.
Hi - When a class is fully booked could change the text to read “Full” or “Fully Booked”. It currently says “No Classes Available” which doesn’t really make sense. Loving it though and looking forward to additional functionality such as clicking through to book etc…
We’ve opened the “live preview” feature, which will allow you to see on the timetable on the Editor your real content (services, hours, staff), instead of a dummy content (“Service Name”). Please take a look and share feedbacks!
I’m missing here definitely the option to show all the classes of the week in one timeline, like on google calendar or in the Wix App. And instead of choosing a day to show all classes, I can only switch between weeks and it shows me all classes of the week. This is especially needed for little studios, which have only one or two classes a day.
And it should be possible to choose which classes I want to show in the class schedule and which I don’t want to show, but maybe in anther schedule on another page of the website.
Splitting all Yoga from Tai Chi Classes for example.
Or splitting when I have more than one location.
@yolanda seems to have the same issue like my client. She has a small studio with only two classes a week. Here it would be helpfull to have the option to show the full week shedule, instead of a daily shedule. I guess the major clients using Wix have small studios and would benefit from a week shedule.
