big and small header

Hello, how are you good afternoon everyone?
I have a bar (header) where I have a logo and the menu of each page, when scrolling the page down, I want this bar (header) to become a little smaller, that is … example:

My header is 100 px tall, and when scrolling the page down, I want my header to measure 80px, if I go back to the top (top of the page) I want it to return to 100px
