Hello All, As I’m running rental store, i need to have calendar element for booking on the store product. However I can’t find the function to add in the page.

Hello Tangyuan,
It is technically possible to add a booking widget to the product page but it will work badly since you cannot connect it to the actual product. You can wait for the Wix Stores integration to happen if you have time, if not, you will need to build the store from scratch using code, implement the booking part and integrate with payment gateway.

Have just seen your post about the rental capabilities of the WIX store - we’re having similar challenges. Wondering if we can get a bit of group motivation going for WIX to include the functionality?
FYI, these are the changes to the existing store i think would be required…
Shopping Cart - date fields to input the rental dates & total rental days. Product cost to be calculated based on these (i.e. product cost x units ordered x days)
Shipping Charges - to be based on location price tables and number of products Deposits - to be calculated based on products ordered.
Checkout - to include customer name and address, delivery address & special instructions input fields. Product summary, rental total, delivery total and deposit total to be calculated and invoiced.
Wondering if these changes would be possible to do with WIX code and if so whether there is someone who could help implement them.?

did they never integrate the calendar in Wix store products??
I run a pick up cake business from my home. I REALLY need a “day/time of pickup” function badly…an integrated calendar would be fantastic.
Did anyone ever find a solution to this? I know this post was 4 years ago but Im unable to find anything that is a solve. Thank you

I also have a rental service company. I would love to have a calendar in my shop, since I built now a product based website with the option to select a date from a whole list. This is not so convenient if I want to expand my business. I would love to hear a solution for this.

I have tried and tried and the only answer I get is to pay a professional to add in the feature. They want $400 USD (im Canadian so that is even more for me). I looked back and this has been a request for many years so I wouldn’t count on a solution…
