Is this currently an existing feature request?
No. But it used to already exist in Wix.

In the old questionnaire feature for online programs, you had the ability to make certain questions skippable, and the open ended free form text box was much larger and easier to type in. Since the update was made kicking us off questionnaire into the quizzes feature, We have been unable to do this.
What current pain point are you facing?
We cannot allow online users to skip questions if desired. Some of our questions are meant to be optional.
Do you have a current workaround that you’re using?
We now have to put in parenthesis (type “N/A” to skip) since users can’t leave any questions blank anymore.
Describe the feature you need and how it would work. (Bonus points for mockups ) Exactly the same way prior to the quiz update where you are able to choose whether or not the user is required to answer the question to complete the step by toggling it on or off.
How will this impact you?
Allow for more streamlined process as many of our online program questions are not meant to be required and it is cumbersome to tell the user to put an answer anyway just to complete the step.
@Nick_Liusuwan I’ve made note of this! I personally have not used Quizzes, so I’m glad to be made aware of this! It makes sense that sometimes certain questions don’t necessarily need to be answered and should be skippable. I’m seeing what else I can find out about this change, but in the meantime, I suggest you also submit this feature request on your end as well. Head on over to the Product Roadmap and click the ‘Request a Feature’ button.
@pamela Thank you so much for the reply. Yes, I found it strange that the older version had the skippable function but the newer version didn’t. I figured they probably didn’t intentionally take the feature away.
As for the feature request. I cannot find it on the Product Roadmap page. Where can I find the button?
@Nick_Liusuwan The button will be seen by those using Studio. If you haven’t used Studio yet, we highly recommend trying it out! You’re able to enjoy the workspace benefits of Studio while still using the editor of the classic Wix Editor if you prefer!
@pamela I submitted the feature request 3 days ago but it still hasnt appeared on the product roadmap. Is it just typical for feature requests to take a while before appearing or did it not go through?
@Nick_Liusuwan Hey! Once the request is submitted it does go through a process where our team reviews them and then assesses how they align with our product roadmap for potential development.
