Button Not Working For Submitting Data

Every time I hit the submit button to save information from a data collection and have that page redirect to the users profile it says an error message. The link to the button is set on the Members Profile Page and sometimes if I have more than one item in the collection it will ask for the specific member ID. Is there a way to fix this with code or no?

Also, while previewing, the repeater that previews the information in the collection is gone. I know this is because of hitting a submit button then waiting a few seconds for it to load but it never used to take that long for it to refresh. Is there code to make it appear and go faster?
