It certainly seems achievable to get relatively close to a similar experience.
At the core, these are scroll animations. That said, it’s not as simple as “choose this animation”, there’s multiple going on in the example, and will likely require combining a few with various triggers.
I’d recommend starting small and working up to more complex animations if you’re just starting out
