What do you refer to? There is a root path / like all sites but there is no root in file system if that is what you ask.

But you can’t access any kind of file system to store files automatically except documents in Data Collections. You can create your own files in the public folder and access them from the web I guess.

Please tell me what you want to accomplish and maybe it will be easier to help you out.

I think they mean that you should add that to your header in some way or as a DNS entry possibly. You will need to get more instructions from them and then send your question to support@wix.com. That request has nothing to do with Wix Code I am afraid. Good luck.
