For context purposes, I am Creative designer with a website on wix, I have a random client in the logistics industry who wants only an app for his business, can i create one with Wix Apps?]

What are you trying to achieve:
[I am trying to find out if i can create a mobile app that is not related to me or my business but a another business]
Wix only allows you to create a personal profile for each website on the Spaces by Wix app - which is sort of like a Facebook / Instagram page for your business.
However if you want to convert your website into a fully independent app that can be hosted on app stores like Google Play, you will have to use third party services to achieve that.
