Paste this tag into the section of your site’s index.html file

I DONT KNOW WHERE THE HEAD SECTION IS IN THE SITE’S INDEX.HTLM FILE

I believe you cannot access the head section of your Wix site. You would have to insert it through the Tracking & Analytics tab in your Dashboard.
