Can Wix Code help on some Wix Events features?

My site is exclusively for approved members (using the Wix Login App).
Each member details (First and last names, email, …) are all into a Collection DB (using Wix Code).
We organize weekly events (using Wix Events) for our members only (who therefore had to log into the website before being able to register to an event).

Can I manage to get following features:

  1. When a member fills in the registration form of an event (Wix Event), can names and email address already be filled (since the member has previously logged into the website)? If no, can we have a drop-down menu with all names and email of members into the registration form?
  2. Each event has a limited number of available spots pre-published and informed into Wix Event. Can we have a ‘countdown’ for members to see the number of still available spots for each event?
  3. Finally, so that a member knows who has already registered to an event, can we automatically publish the names of all members already registered to each event?

That is all. If possible, I will need to hire somebody to implement these features (in case anybody who reads this post has any interest …).

Thanks for all your assistance

Unfortunately, an API for Wix Events is not yet available, so you can’t yet extend it with code.
You might be able to do some creative side-by-side Wix Code on other elements on the same page as the events, but don’t think you’d reach a smooth experience.
I’ll pass your feedback to the Events team so they’re aware of your ideas, and we’ll keep them in mind if/when we get to developing the Events extensibility layer.

Thanks for your quick reply

HI, Did you had solution for this problem ? Now I’m try to do that.

Uval, do you know explain, how can I access wixEvents table detail to implement code? I don´t find way to access data in wixEvent to read information about ticket paid or link a one member.

Hi Igor,
If you have Corvid turned on, on a site with Wix Events, you should see all the events details as a database collection which you can then work with using Corvid and WixData.
You can find the reference here - https://support.wix.com/en/article/corvid-wix-events-events-collection-fields
