Question:
I would like to know if anyone has found a workaround for adding alt text to an image that is used as a background for the whole page (therefore not included in any strip but in Site Design> Page Background). Also, it would be nice if this feature could be added.

Additional information:
I am posting a screenshot for reference. It would be beneficial for the users in my case if the option is added because now I should either change my whole design idea without using an image for the background or leave an image that the SEO checkers detect without an alt text.
