Cannot upload videos into data collection any more

I was able to upload videos into data collection with upload and submit buttons. I have attached the screenshot on how I did that.

But I cannot any videos any more since Jun 18 and only get the error.

I have contact the Wix support, but the only replies I got are “wix does not support user upload videos into data collection” although I had attached the steps and told them that I was be able to do that…

I still can upload videos to wix’s “uploads” folder. I tried the same method to upload images and it works. I also duplicated the website and can upload videos in the new website. but wix support insists that the error is not because of running out of storage or video hours. So I realy don’t how to solve it. Can any one help? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. My editor url is https://editor.wix.com/html/editor/web/renderer/edit/1e23829a-9d72-4f00-8ab3-00b3f80c7c6c?metaSiteId=58f36b53-47b7-4032-90a6-f4807c8d377f&editorSessionId=56e841bb-e67b-44e3-85ae-f3ee1d7d56cd&referralInfo=dashboard , the names of the pages involved are admin-event-post, admin-news-post, admin-lecture-post and testpage.

I can’t find testpage - and the other pages require that I login…

In any case, the way you have it set up now will not work. You will need to implement the upload as described in the Upload Button API .

the test page url is https://www.shadowplay.org.mo/testpage

Do you mean the GUI method to set the upload button does not work any more. I have to write code to realize that as the upload API indicates? I will try it. Thank you. But I am confused that if I duplicate the website and repeat the GUI method in the new website, it works. And the step of setting upload button I captured, is from the new website. I just don’t know why the same method doesn’t work in bosth website.

If you have it working on one site then I guess it’s possible. Perhaps you haven’t configured something correctly on the site that’s not working?
