Can't find Google/Gmail social logins in mobile app settings

Hi All,

I have added login screen in my mobile app. but can’t find Google/Gmail social login in mobile app settings to enable on it.

i have already raise the customer care ticket for this.

so any one is facing same issue ?

Has your app been submitted and approved in the App Store/Google Play store?

According to this article - Signup and Login Preferences for Your Native Mobile App | Help Center | Wix.com - “Your app must be approved and published in the App Store or Google Play to enable social login”

If it has been approved, then you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Mobile App in your site’s dashboard.
  2. Click Settings at the top right.
  3. Click the tab with the name of your own mobile app.
  4. Choose what you want to customize. In this case “Signup and login”

our app is completely published and it live , available in play store also.

but still am seeing same issue, the social logins are not visible.

can you please help me on this.

Just for update !!

after doing some of troubleshooting with Wix executive , i have raised the ticket also, its still open since 4 days.

Hey!

I see the team updated in the ticket - but sharing here for anyone who may be experiencing this in the future :slight_smile:

In order for social login to be enabled, it requires certain configurations on Apple’s side, including an Apple Developer account setup and an APNS bundle ID, regardless of which store the app was submitted to.
